Stored at room temperature, i.e. below 25 C, it will harden and look like butter with a white, milky color.This does not affect its quality. Above a temperature of 25 C, the oil will be in liquid form. To liquefy the oil, simply direct the container with the oil under a stream of warm water or place it in a pan of warm water, or you can put it near a heater.
