Preparation and application:

Brush teeth thoroughly after every meal or at least twice a day or as recommended by your dentist. After brushing your teeth, spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly.

Do not swallow. Consult your dentist for children under 2 years. Children under 6 years should use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision. Store at temperatures below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
