Cosmoveda's Ghee is a healthy clarified butter - created by removing proteins and other substances so that what remains is pure fat that no longer releases harmful substances when heated.
It is an important part of the Ayurvedic diet because of its wide range of uses
- it can be added to warm milk, melted and poured over cooked vegetables, fried in scrambled eggs, vegetarian pancakes, pancakes or meat patties, and used for deep-frying.
